You’d probably be interested in learning about this type of exercise. It’s called rebounding. The exercise equipment is inexpensive, and you can do it anytime, anywhere )just as long as you have at least one of the Best Mini Trampolines available).
Believe it or not, the only thing you need is a trampoline.
You see, when you use a mini trampoline, and especially one that includes a balance bar, you are participating in rebounding, which was described in a study by NASA scientists as the “most efficient, effective form of exercise yet devised by man.”
Rebounding exercises can improve your health in some ways. In addition to improving your cardiovascular health, it can improve your balance and coordination, help you lose weight and benefit your lymphatic nerves. It’s also less rough on your back than jogging.
If you’re looking for the best mini trampoline on the market, we recommend the Maximus Pro Gym Rebounder. Its excellent design and construction make it one of the best mini trampolines on the market today.
Rebounding can’t take the place of other exercise routines. It isn’t going to make you stronger or build muscles. But it can improve your health. More importantly, it’s fun – and exercise should always be fun.
Things to Consider
There’s more to buying a mini trampoline than just picking one up in a department store. There are several things you need to consider, such as its size and weight limitations. To help you have a clear picture of what to look for, I’ve listed five things to keep in mind while you’re shopping.
1. Easy Setup
I’m a hands-on kind of guy. I love putting furniture together. Not everyone shares my enthusiasm in this matter, however. Before you buy a unit, find out how much assembly is going to be required. If you’re shopping in a department store, you can ask a clerk, or you can inquire while shopping online.
2. Durability
You want to make sure the product you buy can stand the test of time. Now, it may not be reasonable to expect a mini trampoline to last you a decade, but you certainly want it to last more than six months. Try to pick something that’s made from decent, durable materials. Polypropylene material makes for a good bed, and stainless steel is a good choice for the frame.
3. Bounce
The bounce of a mini trampoline has a lot to do with how good your rebounding experience will be. It’s difficult to measure this if you’re buying online, so a good way to ensure you get enough bounce is to buy a more expensive, higher-quality trampoline. One thing to pay attention to is the springs, however. Quality springs are essential for a good bounce.
4. Warranty
A good warranty is not always indicative of quality, but it often is. Having a long warranty is good for other reasons, however. Accidents can happen, and sometimes products are shipped with defective parts. The better the warranty, the longer it will be protected. Many trampolines offer limited lifetime warranties on their products.
5. Weight Limit
One of the most important things to keep in mind is the weight limit your trampoline can handle. Some mini trampolines are designed especially with kids in mind, and may not be able to support an adult’s weight. Although you may be able to exceed a recommended weight limit, doing so can damage your trampoline and shorten its lifespan.

Not everyone likes to spend a lot of time shopping around. If you’re looking for the best mini trampoline on the market, we recommend the Maximus Pro Gym Rebounder. Its excellent design and construction make it one of the best mini trampolines on the market today.

Stamina 36-Inch Folding Trampoline
Features
- Size: 36”
- Weight limit: 250 lbs
- Indoor and Outdoor
One of the things I love about mini trampolines is that a lot of the models are very affordable. In fact, you can get a trampoline for less than $25. The Stamina 36-inch Folding Trampoline is a great choice for both those new to rebounding – like I was – and for those working with a limited budget.
As near as I can tell, the trampoline doesn’t renege on any of the important features. It’s three feet in diameter, so it doesn’t take up too much space, and it folds for easy storage so you can stow it away in your closet for later.
The legs detach, and the whole disassembled trampoline fits inside a storage bin. The frame is made of stainless steel, and the trampoline bed has a thirty-band tension resistance. The trampoline also comes with a one-year warranty against defects and a 90-day warranty on parts. The weight limit is 250 pounds, standard for most mini trampolines.
While this is a surprisingly good trampoline for the price, it’s not the equal of some more expensive options. It doesn’t have any balancing tools, and the rebound isn’t nearly as nice as some other trampolines. For a budget option, however, this is an excellent choice. At this low price, you really can’t go wrong.
Arpstar 38” 45” 15FT Trampoline for Kids and Adults
Features
- Size: 38”
- Weight limit: 180 lbs
- Indoor and Outdoor
Trampoline for Kids and Adults from Arpstar shares similar design aesthetics to the previous trampolines. It is built with a tubular steel frame and supported by 30 high-tension dual springs.
The mat is made of polypropylene, which is among the best materials to use for a trampoline bed. Arpstar has a smaller weight limit than other trampolines on this list, so a person who weighs more than 180 pounds shouldn’t use it.
The legs come off easily, but the trampoline doesn’t fold. However, it is easily portable. Unfortunately, I ran into the same problem with this trampoline – no clear warranty information.
Other customers have also expressed frustration over unclear warranty protection, and the parent company is difficult to contact. The trampoline itself works well, but a lack of a clear warranty or easy customer service are two marks against it.
OppsDecor Mini Rebounder Trampoline
Features
- Size: 38”
- Weight limit: 220 lbs
- Indoor and Outdoor
OppsDecor Mini Rebounder looks virtually identical to the other trampolines on this list – 38 inches in diameter, six removable legs, plastic safety cover, with the main visible difference being the red anti-slid material places over the 32 springs.
It is made of firm stainless steel, it has 6 legs and it’s fully foldable. The OppsDecor has a weight limit of 250 pounds. The best part of it is that you can assemble it in 15 minutes.
Overall, this is a high-quality trampoline. That said, there have been some issues of certain trampolines shipping with flawed springs. In this event, you may have to contact the company for a replacement.

Anfan Mini Trampoline Rebounder for Adult and Kids
Features
- Size: 38”
- Weight limit: 220 lbs
- Indoor and Outdoor
The Mini Trampoline from Anfan trampoline is great for cardio exercises and has 32 anti-rust springs. It has a few flaws, but overall I found it to be very satisfying.
It uses a solid steel frame and 8 durable stainless steel legs, which is supposed to hold the trampoline in place no matter what. The trampoline bed folds for easier storage when not in use.
The bed is made of PP mesh material and the steel frame is covered with rubber anti-slid material. The weight limit is 220 pounds, which is a little less than the standard.
Merax 36″ Mini Trampoline
Features
- Size: 36”
- Weight limit: 180 lbs
- Indoor and Outdoor
Like most mini trampolines, Merax has its good and its bad. It has a padded handrail for kids to hold on to while jumping, which is very helpful for toddlers and small children with poor coordination. On the other hand, the maximum rating for the trampoline is just 180 pounds.
The design and construction of the Merax can hardly be faulted. This is an excellent trampoline. The mat is made of high-quality polypropylene, and the frame and springs are all stainless steel. The six legs are easily detached, and setup is a cinch. Even the support handlebar for toddlers can be removed for adult use.
The only real problem is the minimum weight limit. 180 pounds is pretty low. It might be fine for women, but I’m almost 180 pounds, and I’m not a particularly large man. The bottom line is this: if you have a slender build or you’re buying this for your kid, this is a great choice. But if your husband hopes to use it, you’ll likely need a different model.
Pure Fun 48-Inch Kids Super Jumper Trampoline
Features
- Size: 48”
- Weight limit: 100 lbs
- Indoor and Outdoor
Unlike the last Pure Fun mini trampoline, the 48-Inch Kids Super Jumper Trampoline is meant for children’s use only. It’s bright, colourful safety border and low maximum weight make this abundantly clear.
As far as construction goes, this trampoline is top-notch. The solid steel construction supports 40 galvanized steel springs that offer improved rebounding and strength. A pink cushion safeguards your children from the springs, preventing injuries.
Also, an ergonomic handlebar is provided to provide your young ones with extra support. The larger, 48-inch area also gives kids more room to bounce. The trampoline comes with several safety certifications, so you can rest easy with your little ones.
There is one pretty major downside, however. The maximum weight capacity is a mere 100 pounds, meaning that unless you have kids, you’re not going to get any mileage out of this trampoline. Buy it for your one ones and get a heftier trampoline for your rebounding.
Ancheer Foldable Mini Trampoline Rebounder
Features
- Size: 40”
- Weight limit: 220 lbs
- Indoor and Outdoor
The Foldable Mini Trampoline from Ancheer is a compact unit that is made of rust-proof steel and 32 enhanced springs. The 6 firm legs keep it in place when you or your kid jump, while you can fold it once or twice when not in use.
It can withstand years of use due to the firm frame and the mat is optimized to reduce as much noise as possible. It is easy to put together and appropriate for both kids and adults.
The trampoline can hold up to 220 lbs and you have to just assemble the pad and the legs to make it work once you purchase it.

BCAN Foldable Mini Trampoline
Features
- Size: 40”
- Weight limit: 330 lbs
- Indoor and Outdoor
Foldable Mini Trampoline from BCAN offers a staggering maximum weight capacity of 330 lbs due to its durable steel frame and resistant waterproof pp mat. It has a convenient adjustable foam handle to hold to when you’re exercising and you can set it on 4 different levels.
You can fold it twice for easier storage, which means it will shrink about to a quarter of its size. The closed steel springs enable your kids to safely use the trampoline.
This BCAN product is one of the most durable and strongest on the list and is simply one of my favorites, even though it doesn’t come with a warranty.
Maximus Pro Gym Rebounder Mini Trampoline
Features
- Size: 40-48”
- Weight limit: 330 lbs
- Indoor and Outdoor
The MaXimus Pro Gym Rebounder is twice the price of the previous trampoline, but also a major step up from the previous trampoline. In fact, regarding rebounding experience, there isn’t any competition.
First off, this trampoline can handle quite a bit more weight than any other trampoline on this list. It’s rated at 130 kilograms, which is approximately 285 pounds – a big step up.
Second, the springs are much more loosely sprung than cheaper models, which means you get a lot more bounce when you jump. The frame is solid steel, which is pretty standard. It measures 40 inches in diameter and comes with a one-year warranty.
This is probably the best mini trampoline you can get for the price. If you have the money, you can’t go wrong with this trampoline. It’s solidly built, offers great rebounding and even includes a handlebar for safety if you want to use it. It even comes with a DVD offering you practical workouts. Seriously, this is a great mini trampoline.

JumpSport Fitness Trampoline Model 250
Features
- Size: 39”
- Weight limit: 250 lbs
- Indoor and Outdoor
The JumpSport Fitness Trampoline Model 250 is another seriously impressive piece of rebounding technology. This trampoline is built to last, with a bungee system that bounces better and lasts longer, with 30 elastic cords reducing the strain of impact and prolonging the life of your purchase.
The elastic cord system seems to be a much more stable idea than standard metal springs. If one of the elastic bands breaks, it’s a lot less dangerous than if a spring breaks, and it doesn’t affect the performance of the trampoline nearly as much.
Assembly is easy – all you have to do is attach the legs. Like the MaXimus Pro, this trampoline also comes with an exercise DVD. It is designed and engineered in the USA and comes with a lifetime warranty, so you can’t go wrong in that regard.
My only problem with this trampoline is its small size. The trampoline bed is a mere 22 inches in diameter, which might be fine for kids, but doesn’t give a lot of room for adults. If that doesn’t bother you and you want a great rebounding experience, however, this is a great trampoline.
